Information you provide

When you request an estimate or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property address or area, project type, approximate budget, and project details. If you send photos or other information by email or text, those become part of your inquiry. Please share only information relevant to your project.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, discuss and estimate your project, arrange visits or work, provide customer service, and keep records related to your inquiry or project. Submitting an estimate request does not enroll you in automated marketing texts or emails.

Service providers and sharing

Providers that host this website, deliver communications, or help us operate our business may process information needed to provide those services. Optional advertising measurement and contact matching with Meta are described below. Text messaging opt-in and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our customers, business, or the security of our services.

Advertising measurement and your choices

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API integrations to measure page visits, service-page views, clicks on customer contact links, and successful estimate requests. Advertising tracking is on by default unless you have opted out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can turn it off at any time through Privacy choices in the footer. There is no automatic consent popup or location-based tracking rule.

When tracking is on, Meta may receive page URLs, event information, cookie identifiers, your IP address, and browser information. Meta can use that information for advertising measurement, matching, and personalization under its Privacy Policy. Sharing information for personalized advertising may be considered a sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws. Use Privacy choices to opt out of this website’s advertising collection and sharing.

After a successful estimate request, if tracking is on, our website converts your email and phone number into SHA-256 hashes and sends those hashes to Meta for advanced matching. Hashing transforms the contact details; it does not make them anonymous. Meta can use the hashes to match your request to an account and measure or improve our ads. Our server can send the successful request event directly to Meta using the same event identifier as the browser, so Meta can avoid counting it twice. This server delivery follows the same tracking choice and Global Privacy Control rules. Our advertising event code does not include your name, property address, budget, project description, or messaging consent records. Matching is implemented directly in our code and does not automatically read other form fields. We do not send advertising events from the careers or privacy pages. Opting out does not affect requesting an estimate or contacting Craig.

Privacy choices in the footer lets you turn advertising tracking off or explicitly allow it. We save your choice for this browser until you change it or clear browser storage, and preserve previous advertising rejections. Global Privacy Control takes precedence over an allow choice. Opting out stops future advertising events and contact matching from our integration, and removes this site’s Meta advertising cookies where possible. It does not erase information previously sent to Meta or remove cookies on Meta’s domains. You can request deletion of information we hold using the contact details below.

Website performance measurement

When tracking is on, we record page visits, clicks on links and buttons, scroll depth, and estimate-form steps to understand how the site is working. We use a random identifier stored for this tab that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, a general screen-size category, and broad referral or ad labels. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, property addresses, typed form values, full referral URLs, or page query strings in these performance records. We do not record the careers or privacy pages.

Our private business dashboard shows summaries, anonymous visit paths, and click heatmaps. This is not a recording of your screen or everything you type. Performance events are retained for up to 90 days. Privacy choices in the footer and Global Privacy Control stop this optional browser measurement as well as our advertising integration. Successful estimate submissions are still counted as business inquiries, without contact details in the performance dashboard; opting out does not stop delivery of your request.

Website information and external links

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Links to Google, Facebook, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

We keep information as needed to handle inquiries, perform work, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Contact Craig if you want to access, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, or change how we contact you. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or legal obligations.
